Bath & Body Works Haul

 

Last weekend I decided to stop by Bath and Body Works because I was running low on hand soap. Boy, am I glad I did, they were having one of their semi-annual sales! If you aren't familiar with Bath and Body Works and their semi-annual sales, let me explain a little. :) Basically Bath and Body Works sells smelly good items for your home and body. They sell candles, body wash, hand soap, lotions, hand sanitizers, etc. and can range anywhere from $1.75 to $22. Now the semi-annual sales happens twice a year, mainly after major season transitions. So in the sale all items that were from last season that have been lingering around are 50-75 % off, plus they have sales on the other items! How can you pass that up!  Well once I walked in and saw the sale, I went crazy and bought up some stuff, let's just say my husband and I will have enough hand soap to last a while, considering we still haven't used up all the hand soap I had in back stock! Haha :) 

 

I tried to place myself on a budget and I think I did fairly well. I didn't want to spend too much, because like I had said, I still have back stock from previous visits. So I limited myself to under $50 and I managed to do just that! I spent $40! Woop woop! My husband should be proud! Haha :D 

So I picked up 7 more hand soaps. If you can't tell by the scents I picked up, I love fruity and more sweet scents, but at the same time, I don't like the sugary sweet smells. I tried to refrain from buying too many of the hand soaps because I still have a bunch in back stock. A girl can never have too many hand soaps in the house! ;) I believe I got each of these for $3.25 each. Not bad considering they are $6.50 each originally.

 

 

Same with the hand soaps I like my candles to be more fruity. So most of the candles that were left in the sale were more earthy scents, so I didn't get many candles. I did manage to find the one I got, which I can not complain because one is better than none. haha :) I also picked up two travel sized hand lotions. I love these for my purse and for my vehicle. The candle usually cost $10 and I got it for $5, while the lotions usually cost $3 and I got them both for $1.50 each. What a steal!

 

I spent the majority of my time picking out hand sanitizers. Okay maybe that is an over exaggeration, but I did get quite a few of them. They weren't part of the huge semi-annual sale, but they were on sale 5 for $5. When they are on sale like that, I stock up. They usually run for $1.75 a piece, so you can't beat $1 each. I ended up picking up 10 of them. They last me a pretty long time, but its nice to know I have some in back stock for when I run out.

 

I love Bath and Body Works! It is my go to store for all things lotion, hand soaps, hand sanitizers, and especially their candles! They usually have great deals all year long, but its nice to catch the semi-annual sales!
